RELEASE OF STATE TEST RESULTS
From MDE:
Test Results Arrive Next Monday
On June 29, districts will receive embargoed final reports on the following tests: Reading and Mathematics MCA-II; Reading and Mathematics MTAS; MTELL; TEAE/MN SOLOM; Writing, Reading and Mathematics GRAD; Alternate Assessment in Writing. All of the reports available next week will be on the Educator Portal (MDE Website -> Data -> Data Submissions).
• Dynamic reports (Test Results tab)
• Downloadable District Student Results (DSR) files (Test Results Download tab)
• Downloadable summary reports and files (Test Results Download tab)
The media will also receive the test results on June 29 and will publish their stories on July 1. On Thursday, July 30, districts will receive labels, copies of the Individual Student Reports (ISRs) and a CD with the student rosters in PDF format.
AYP results will be available for districts and schools next Wednesday, July 1, at the Accountability Reports tab of the Educator Portal. After the 30 day appeal window (see Appeal and Waiver Requests at Test WES) and a few days for re-processing data for districts whose appeal was granted, districts will have access to the final AYP results on the morning of Monday, August 10. The media will have access to them that afternoon.
